To build an industrial workforce OF YOUNG PEOPLE who live and work with purpose and character

OUR VISION

to reach tens of thousands of businesses and millions of high school students to:

  1. Assist young people to become strong in character, emulate goodness, explore their life purpose, and find meaningful employment in businesses that value their contributions, and

  2. Create an industrial workforce pipeline from schools to business.

 

We will accomplish this by:

  • Partnering with industrial businesses and high-schools near such businesses, and

  • Facilitating high school classes involving:

    • Four days per week of student job-shadowing during one or two class periods providing hands-on experience in the real-world work environment; and

    • One day of classroom instruction during the same class period(s) focused on professionalism, purpose, humility, self-confidence and dignity.
