IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE for businesses
-
Welcome to Craftsman with Character! Explore the resources below to learn more about CWC and share this page with your organization.
We will commence onboarding meetings for new classes in June for the fall semester and in November for the spring semester. This early engagement will enable us to guide and support you through all aspects of implementation as you embark on this program.
While schools are responsible for securing 5 business partners, we encourage collaboration. You probably have a strong network in your community and have ideas for who would be a good fit for this program. If you know a business who is interested, refer them to our website, where they can sign up for an informational meeting. We also encourage you to check in with your school partner to learn where they might need your help to engage business partners.
If you lack a school partner, use the "School Outreach Templates" section for engaging your local high school via email.
Once again, thank you for your interest in working with the Craftsman with Character program. We are genuinely excited to have you on board and to support high school students in connecting with tremendous opportunities within the local workforce.

We recommend that you identify the CTE (Career and Technical Education) representative at your local high school. If you need assistance, contact us at info@cwcharacter.org.
